Flatirons Jouve is led by two partner-CEOs supported by an integrated team of more than 2,500 professionals. Jean-Daniel Sillion and Thibault Lanxade work together in order to guide our Group’s strategy.
Based in Boulder, Jean-Daniel has played a key role in the growth of Flatirons Solutions, managing the organization’s strategy and defining the positioning of the solutions within their target markets. Within Flatirons Jouve, Jean-Daniel helps the group to make a difference in the industries we serve by focusing his teams on the most critical knowledge-related needs of our customers and their industries as a whole. Jean-Daniel works with his senior leaders, partners, and customers to ensure that our solutions for large asset industries, publishing, and learning are innovative, responsive to dynamic requirements, and focused on delivering a strong return on investment.
JD earned a Master’s of Business Administration at HEC Paris and brings more than 15 years of experience in the creation and delivery of digital solutions to his work. Prior to assuming his responsibilities as FSI CEO, JD served as the Group’s Chief Solutions Officer.
Based in Paris, Thibault Lanxade has been a member of the Group’s Board for three years. His experience in industrial companies, as entrepreneur in the digital and as executive member of the MEDEF offer major advantages for our customers. Thibault will accelerate the development of the group and the implementation of our solutions strategy, grow our presence in European markets, and expand our capacity for innovation.
Thibault Lanxade, having graduated with a Master’s degree from the ESCP, began his career in industrial companies (Shell, Butagaz…) before creating two digital companies, including AlgoLinked in 2014. Concurrently with this entrepreneurial background, Thibault Lanxade is an executive member of MEDEF in charge of the Entrepreneurship and Growth division.
A member of the management committee, Benoît Drigny built most of his career at Jouve, which he joined in 1989 during the buyout of Azimut, founded in 1986 by himself.
An entrepreneur at heart, in 1990, he actively participated in the creation of the company JSI within the group, where he took a management role. As part of these various functions, he has led several buyout and start-up projects in Europe, China, Africa, India and the USA. As the EMEA Chief Operations Officer, he currently manages all of Flatirons Jouve’s EMEA operations. It operates in several continents and covers a wide variety of services.
Benoît holds a degree in electrical engineering.
A member of the management committee of Flatirons Jouve, Jean-Eric Parent has dedicated his career to enterprise financing.
A graduate in business intelligence and finance, Jean-Eric has held several positions in the financial departments of the international groups French Ciment, Sphère and Paccor. In 2012, he joined the Jouve Group as the Director of Management Control and was promoted to the role of Finance Director in 2013.
Since 2017, he has served as the Financial Director for the Flatirons Jouve group.
Joe Mihalik is responsible for managing the Digital Experience team within Flatirons Jouve, which provides consulting and digital marketing services to help customers achieve disruptive results. Joe has been critical in helping to foster the company’s impressive growth and global network of partners, and is focused on providing custom solutions tailored for business-specific needs.
Joe is a trusted advisor for our customers and, more importantly, over the years has built a long-lasting, solid partner ecosystem with market leaders including Alfresco, Dell / EMC, Mark Logic, SDL, and many others.
Joe helped transform “early adopter” organizations in industries such as commercial airlines and publishers into technology leaders. Through his visionary approach to solving content-related problems with innovative tools and technologies, Joe helped move SGML and XML-based content management and publishing into mainstream market areas.
As the leader of the Shared Services organization and the VP of Corporate Development, Brandon is helping our organization and its employees around the World to innovate, grow and mature. Brandon brings to our Company a diverse skill-set gained from years of working with Flatirons Jouve and previously with top technology companies around the World, combined with a natural ability to strategically balance organizational and employee needs.
He is responsible providing leadership on administrative, tactical and strategic matters for Flatirons Jouve. Supported by an amazing Shared Services team, Brandon works with them every day to attract and retain top-tier talent from around the World, provide world-class advice to our business teams in order to generate revenue and reduce risk to our organization, and cultivate a dynamic culture that communicates effectively and promotes personal and professional growth for all of our valued employees. Brandon contributes to setting our organization’s direction and policy as a member of executive leadership team, and serves on the Board of Directors of many of the Company’s subsidiaries around the World.
Stéphane Labadie built most of his professional career at Jouve, which he joined in 1997. From 2008 to 2017, he successively held the positions of Production Line Manager, Industrial Director and Director of International Operations. During these years, focusing on industry principles and continuous process improvement, he professionalized and internationalized the Jouve production network.
As a member of the of the management committee, Stéphane was promoted in 2017 to the role of Chief Operations Officer of Flatirons Jouve. In this capacity, he manages software engineering operations, application maintenance, and content creation in the United States and Asia.
As part of his duties, he defines the industrial strategy on all of the company’s solutions in these countries.
A graduate of ENSAIME, Stéphane is based in Boulder, Colorado.
George is responsible for implementing best practices in engineering methodology and technical research and development to ensure the overall quality of the company’s software solutions. George is also responsible for fostering a culture of innovation within Flatirons Jouve through proactive investment in emerging technologies and best of breed tools and processes.
George has 30 years of experience in the development and management of software products and solutions. With vast experience in all phases of the software development process, including identification of business problems, requirements definition, product design, implementation, maintenance, and support, George has a unique ability to solve business problems with ground-breaking solutions for customers in a wide range of vertical industries.
Under George’s leadership, the R&D and solution engineering teams excel at helping customers adopt new, innovative technology to make information management easier.
